Before there was Chiles-Laman Funeral and Cremation Services, there was Diller Funeral Home, 239 S. Main St., Bluffton.

Here’s Paul Diller, funeral director, standing in front of his 1949 Packard hearse. Behind it is his 1951 Chrysler.

As a hobby, Diller was a photographer of Bluffton events. Many of his photos are part of the Bluffton Forever collection. We wonder if this photo is a self-portrait that Diller took of himself using a delay switch.
